Getting to Know Ms. Quirk!

Hello! My name is Anna Quirk and I'm thrilled to be a part of the team at Sheridan! I grew up in the Twin Cities and attended Hopkins High School.  I graduated with my B.A. in Elementary Education in 2008 and will complete my MaLEd in Literacy Education in the spring of 2017.  I'm coming from five years working as an elementary classroom teacher in Bloomington and I'm looking forward to working with students here at Sheridan on literacy. I believe embracing literacy through reading and writing has the ability to change lives.

In my spare time, I like to read, sing and play piano, watch movies and explore the outdoors with my friends and family.
